I'm loving these Red Rubber Inspirationals! This week's challenge, "Heartfelt Thanks" provides the perfect inspiration to help you create some Thank You cards. My stash is always running low after Christmas so this challenge comes right on time!
I created two cards, this first one I created with one of my brother-in-laws in mind. My sister's husband loves hunting and all things outdoorsy, and I never seem to have a card that is just right for him, but this one is PERFECT!
I stamped the moose & the sentiment using Palette Burnt Umber ink. The sentiment is from a Red Rubber Design set called Ordinary Greetings. It's currently not available, but it's possible that it could be re-released in the future, so I wanted to be sure to share that info. I used Versamark ink and a stamp from the Background Soup stamp set to add a little more interest to the background. I inked the edges of the panel using Burnt Umber ink, added a bit of ribbon, and a button from my stash to complete the focal image. I
I adhered a sheet of patterned paper from Rustic Chic collection to a kraft cardstock base, and adhered the focal image using foam tape to complete this card.
My next card has a much more springy palette. I inked some die cut flowers cut from white cardstock for the focal point. I attached a mini brad to the centers of each flower. I then adhered the flowers to the cardstock panels using foam tape.
I added some mini rhinestones around the flowers, stamped the sentiment using black ink, and then adhered the panel to the cardstock base.
Thanks for much for visiting today!
