Kards for Kids

I've been a google eye kick lately :) I'll probably get over it after Halloween! LOL Anyway, these are two cards I added to my Etsy site the other day . I used TAC's "Creepy Crawlies" and SR patterned paper for these. Thanks for looking!

   

Eggplant, Red Brick, & Hint of Pesto

I've been challenging myself to try different color combinations. I used Versamagic ink on this card... Eggplant, Red Brick, and Hint of Pesto. Stamps by Papertrey Ink & Stampendous.

Pink & Chocolate

Love these two colors together. The pink is more like a deep coral, it's by DCWV. I also used more PP by Basic Grey, a bitty blossom, silver brad, Versamagic Ink, and a stamp from TAC's Sweet Sayings Set.

TAC Swap

I created these cards for a client and had some extra paper left over so I made a few more for a TAC card swap. The patterned paper is by MME and the sentiment is from TAC's Sweet Sayings set. I tried scanning these cards, I tried photographing them but I still couldn't get the colors just right. The last photo shows the actual colors.

 

Birthday Cake

I've been working to fill a few custom orders & refilling my own personal stash of birthday cards. This past school year I gave 20+ birthday cards. Some I bought because I ran out, but this year I'll be prepared :) This is one of my fave b-day cake images by Stampendous.

 

Snowman Swap

I just love these snowmen. I actually have a few different snowman stamps but I find myself reaching for these often. These are from a retired TAC set called Hello Winter. The sentiment is from another retired TAC set called Christmas Blocks.

I stamped the snowman image using Palette noir ink on ultrasmooth white cardstock and then colored it using prisma colored pencils and gamsol. I also added Icicle Stickles to the buttons and scarf. I then matted the image on a piece of Vintage Violete cardstock by SU. I matted it again on DCWV robin's egg #2 that I stamped using a paisley background stamp by SU. I then matted it again to a piece of ultrasmooth white cardstock.  I stamped the snowflakes and sentiment using Versamagics' Turquoise Gem (such a pretty color!).
