After feeling pretty crappy last week and falling behind with my school work I just didn't get a chance to create anything. I thought having the blog schedule would help me add more creative time to my week...now I'm not so sure! So I'm going to rethink that one...

I do have a card to share with you today :) I love tiny stamps because they can be used in so many different ways. One of my favorite ways to use smaller stamps is to create a background print. It's like having a supply of patterned paper that you NEVER run out of :)

I stamped the skull & tiny spiders, by TAC using Palette Noir ink repeatedly over the top portion of the cardstock, SU Pumpkin Pie. I tied a ribbon, from Michaels,  around the cardstock sheet, stamped the sentiment... by Stampendous below it and then adhered it to a black cardstock base.

Oh... also, please pray for all the people affected by the California wild fires. They have been weighing heavy on my heart these last two weeks. I'm from San Diego. My father, brother, and friends still live there. Luckily their homes were spared, but so many were not as fortunate.

I'm feeling blah...

I don't know if I'm coming down with something or what?? I got my very first flu shot today so I hope that I'll be relatively healthy this winter.

I actually scrapped a layout! It's been awhile since I really have created anything so I guess there's hope that my creative mojo is coming back LOL. This layout took about 15 minutes to put together after I figured out how to arrange the photos.

This is one of my favorite stamps sets from TAC, it's called Pick of The Patch. This card took about 10 minutes tops to color and assemble.

Starting Monday...

I'm going to have a blog schedule...

I was talking to a friend the other day about blogs and she asked me if I had a schedule or weekly topics that I discussed, and I realized that if I had one it could help me to fit more creative time into my schedule each week. So this is what I'm thinking...Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I'll share a project with a specific theme or topic.

I'll share a card, scrapbook layout, ect that can be made in 20 minutes or less

Ways to Use it Wednesday

I'll feature a product and/or technique and share with you how I used it.

I'll share a card, scrapbook layout, ect with a particular theme. Since Halloween is right around the corner, I'll be sharing some Halloween themed cards next week.

Halloween Blog RAK

Ok I finally had a chance to take a photo of the Halloween blog RAK :) Here's what you'll receive...
